I love teaching! Those lightbulb moments are my version of KPIs and my intent is always to develop training that creates those moments brings training to life in a practical way for my audience.
I have developed a way of working based on a practical, adaptable approach, yet from early in my career, I have seen many trainers struggle with engaging learners and making a difference. This led me to develop the PRIME Framework — a guide for trainers built around real-world application, not just theory. I’ve worked with organisations across several industries, including Public and Private sector, with a focus on Emergency Services, helping trainers design and deliver sessions that truly make a difference.
My goal is always to make learning work in the real world.
